Our data is compiled from such accurate resources that no one can really hide unless they’ve moved outside of the USA.

While that could work when locating someone you could look up in any phone book; it won’t help you find current data, or people that have moved. In most cases the Skip Tracing Tool will find your person on the first run. But, in some situations when the person is purposely hiding; you may need to run another check in a couple of weeks. This allows our database to collect more data to return the results you need. Our guarantee provides this additional check on the same person at no additional cost to you. We will allow up to three total searches within a 90 day period.

Refund Policy: We pride ourselves in our ability to provide results. Thus, we provide a guarantee based on additional searches and not on refunds. Because our data comes from private sources we are required to pay access fees each time we run a search. For this reason, we don’t provide refunds after a report is ran.
Typo Policy: Its your responsibility to enter the correct name and date of birth into the search fields. Typos will not be refunded or compensated.
